The partners of Techniker Consulting Engineers have been designing all kinds of building structures for more than thirty years, across a range of materials.
More recently several projects have taken us into specific areas of interest where experience has made its contribution alongside current guidance.
Below are some of the areas we specialize in, and examples of projects designed using these materials. Many of the projects are bespoke one-off projects.
Designing and building with precast concrete allows for reduced time on site, a better quality of finish and shapes and styles that wouldn't be possible with other methods.

Steel framing is a practical choice in a number of Industrial settings. Examples where we have used our expertise are
- UK Airport Baggage Handling. Platforms fixed into existing buildings to provide extra floorspace in baggage handling areas of several UK Airports to accommodate extra scanners and machinery.

TIMBER
Timber is a natural building material, ecological, sustainable and non- toxic. Timber frames can be built offsite and therefore a quick to install.

We are passionate about stemming the tide of high housing demand leading to low quality, cheaply built housing.
We aim to keep alive a reality of sustainable, well built housing, constructed to context not fashion and whimsy.
