PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Edwards Court is the UK’s first super energy-efficient Extra Care scheme, it opened Autumn 2022.
A Passivhaus certified building, with 53 apartments and communal facilities, it was built using precast concrete it was designed to make best use of daylight, be super insulated and has a heat recovery system.
Structural engineering services were provided for the design of this pre-cast concrete cross-wall building.
