Refurbishment of existing framed barn, with a precast extension in Boardmark / Timber finish, plus link connecting to a new building, with a basement.
A new lean-to structure was constructed from pre-cast concrete sandwich panels and cross walls. the new building comprises of a reinforced concrete basement and pre-cast concrete twin walls.
